Talent Representation

We represent people worth remembering.

Matchbook connects distinctive creators with brands that genuinely fit them. The creator is our client.

Brand partner? Our roster is shared privately, on request.

The name

One word. Three meanings.

A matchbook is a small souvenir from somewhere worth remembering. That's the standard for who we represent, and for the deals we take.

Match

The core job is making the right match. Not putting creators in front of every possible sponsor, but finding partnerships where the creator, audience, brand and opportunity make sense together.

Book

In talent, you book work. We pitch our creators, negotiate their partnerships, close deals and get talent booked.

Matchbook

The best matchbooks come from great restaurants, hotels, bars and trips. People keep them because the place was worth remembering. We represent people like that.

Why creators

Creators don't just offer reach. They offer taste, trust, personality, cultural relevance and a real relationship with an audience. A good partnership works because there's a natural *spark* between the two. Our job is to recognize it and bring both sides together.

You make the work. We handle the business.

Matchbook represents you commercially: finding the right partners, getting you in the room, and making sure every deal is worth your name.

Philosophy

The point isn't the biggest book. It's a good book.

We represent creators because there's something distinctive about them: their perspective, community, expertise, personality, aesthetic, credibility, or ability to make people care.

Likewise, not every sponsorship is a good opportunity. We'd rather pass on the wrong deal than put a creator's name on it.

Not every match is a good one.
